WHY LEARN FROM ME?
I’ve witnessed the emotional and physiological impact of hormonal shifts across all life stages - none starker than puberty and menopause. I’ve also lived both sides: as the clinician supporting others and as the woman living through its most intense moments myself.
During my years managing endometriosis, broad-spectrum (THC-free) CBD became a turning point. It eased symptoms without affecting my work obligations as a clinician. Later, as I stepped back from practice, I introduced low-dose THC into my nightly routine and for the first time in years, my sleep felt restorative. That experience alone shaped the foundation of this guide.
I believe every woman deserves access to integrative, stigma free care without being dismissed or silenced.
Take what serves you, leave what doesn’t. What comes next is yours to shape.
